These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made through Forever Free Media / Wonder Tec (“we,” “us,” “our”). By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the full Terms listed below.
1.1. All items sold through this website are handmade, custom-built, made-to-order products.
1.2. We do not carry inventory; your purchase initiates the creation of your item.
1.3. Each product requires individualized production, which may include printing, curing, sanding, painting, assembly, electronics setup, testing, and quality control.
2.1. Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received unless a specific deadline is approved in writing prior to purchase.
2.2. Your purchase secures your position in the production queue, not an immediately available item.
2.3. Queue positions and estimated timelines may be displayed on our public Order Status page or provided upon request.
2.4. Production timelines may be affected by, including but not limited to:
3.1. Due to the handmade, individualized nature of our products, production can take anywhere from several weeks up to six (6) months before shipment.
3.2. This timeline is not a guarantee but an estimate based on current workload and production logistics.
3.3. Customers who require an order sooner may request Rush Processing (see Section 5).
4.1. A shipping label may be created early in the process to comply with carrier or platform requirements.
4.2. A created label does not mean the item has shipped. Tracking will update only after the product has completed production and is physically handed to the shipping carrier.
4.3. Once shipped, delivery time depends on the carrier and chosen service.
4.4. We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, FedEx, UPS, or other carriers.
5.1. Customers who need their order sooner may request Rush Processing for an additional fee of $75.00.
5.2. Rush Processing moves your order closer to the front of the queue and prioritizes its production time.
5.3. Rush Processing must be approved and paid for before production begins.
5.4. Rush Processing does not override force majeure delays (see Section 12).
6.1. All items are handcrafted. Minor variations in color, surface texture, paint details, finishing, and assembly are normal characteristics of handmade work.
6.2. Such variations are expected and do not constitute “Significantly Not as Described” (SNAD) or product defects.
6.3. Product photos are representative examples; due to the handmade process and material differences, your item may not be an exact, machine-perfect duplicate.
7.1. Because items are custom-built and made-to-order, cancellations, returns, and refunds are limited.
7.2. Orders may be canceled only if production has not yet begun. Production is considered begun once materials have been ordered specifically for your item, printing has started, or prep work has been initiated.
7.3. Once production has begun, cancellations may be subject to a deduction to cover materials, time, and labor already invested, or may be declined at our discretion.
7.4. Fully completed items cannot be canceled.
7.5. Returns are generally not accepted for custom-made items, except where required by applicable law.
7.6. Refunds, partial refunds, or store credit may be issued at our discretion depending on the production stage and circumstances.
7.7. If a refund is issued, the customer understands the item may still be delivered unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8.1. Each order is individually inspected, tested (where applicable), and packaged prior to shipment.
8.2. We may photograph or otherwise document the item and its contents before shipping for quality control and dispute protection.
8.3. Claims of missing components, damage, or defects must be supported with clear photographs of:
9.1. Where products contain electronics or moving parts, these components are tested prior to shipping.
9.2. The customer is responsible for following any setup, care, or usage instructions provided with the product.
9.3. Damage caused by user handling, modification, improper operation, exposure to moisture, impact, or use outside of recommended guidelines is not covered.
9.4. Any attempt to modify, open, or alter internal components may void any informal assistance or support we might otherwise provide.
By placing an order, the customer agrees that:
10.1. They have read and agree to the full Terms & Conditions.
10.2. They understand the order is custom and made-to-order, not a pre-made item.
10.3. They understand production may take up to six (6) months before shipment.
10.4. They acknowledge that disputes claiming “Item Not Received” before this production window has elapsed violate these Terms.
10.5. They acknowledge the handmade nature of the product and accept reasonable variations as described in Section 6.
10.6. They agree to check their order status using the provided queue link or by contacting us directly before escalating to a dispute.

11.4. Unauthorized Transaction / Chargebacks
11.5. In the event of a dispute, we may provide the following to PayPal, card issuers, TikTok Shop, or other processors:
11.6. Custom, made-to-order items are not subject to “instant delivery” standards when the customer has agreed to custom production timelines, as documented in these Terms & Conditions.
We are not liable for delays or inability to perform caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
In such cases, production and delivery timelines may be extended.
13.1. Customers are encouraged to monitor their order status via our public queue or other status tools we provide.
13.2. Customers may contact us directly for updates at any time.
13.3. We may send additional updates, clarification requests, or instructions as needed during production and fulfillment.
By checking the box during checkout and completing a purchase, the customer confirms that:
14.1. They have read and fully agree to these Terms & Conditions.
14.2. They understand production may take up to six (6) months before shipment.
14.3. They understand orders are made-to-order and processed through a queue system.
14.4. They will not file an “Item Not Received” dispute during the active production window.
14.5. They accept the handmade nature of the product and reasonable variations.
14.6. Their order will begin only after these Terms are accepted and payment is successfully processed.
14.7. These Terms may be provided to PayPal, TikTok Shop, Etsy, card issuers, or other payment processors as proof of the agreed-upon conditions in the event of a dispute or chargeback.
