Because our products are handmade and made-to-order, our return process differs from traditional retail stores.
This Return Policy explains what customers may do if there are problems with an order and outlines our limitations for custom goods.
1.1. All products sold through our store are handmade, custom-built, and made-to-order.
1.2. Because each item is produced specifically for each customer, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.
1.3. Once production has started, the order is considered customized and is not eligible for return unless required under applicable law.
1.4. We do not accept returns based on personal preference, cosmetic variations, or buyer’s remorse.
We take great care to quality-check, test, and document each order prior to shipping.
However, if your order arrives damaged or you believe something is wrong, please follow the steps below.
You must report any damage, missing items, or issues within 48 hours of delivery.
To process a claim, we require clear photos of:

We may also compare provided photos to our pre-shipment documentation.
The following items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:
All products, as they are built specifically for each customer.
Any damage caused by user handling, opening the device, improper use, exposure to moisture, or modification.
Damage caused by the customer after delivery is not eligible for return or refund.
If a carrier marks a package as “delivered” and the item is subsequently stolen, misplaced, or lost by the recipient, we cannot accept a return or refund.
Orders processed with the $75 Rush Processing fee are not eligible for cancellation or return once production has started.
Because all products are custom-made, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If there is a functional issue verified by documentation, the resolution will be handled under Section 2 (Damages and Issues).
Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:

Refund timing depends on the payment processor (PayPal, credit card issuer, etc.).
If a return is approved for repair:
6.1. We will issue a Return Authorization Number (RMA).
6.2. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender.
6.3. Customers are responsible for safe packaging and return shipping unless otherwise stated.
6.4. Repair times vary depending on workload and parts availability.
6.5. Once repaired, the item will be shipped back to the customer.
To protect both customers and our business:
7.1. Each order is photographed, logged, and documented before shipment.
7.2. Package weight, label creation time, and item contents are recorded.
7.3. These records may be submitted to PayPal, TikTok Shop, Etsy, or credit card issuers to dispute fraudulent claims.
7.4. Filing an “Item Not Received” or SNAD claim inconsistent with documented facts violates store policy and may restrict future purchasing privileges.
