Over the past month, my life and business have undergone an unexpected and deeply painful transition. My partner, who many of you know helped me manage and organize a large portion of the Wonder Tec order system, passed away by suicide. They were also battling mast cell disease, a condition that made everyday life extremely difficult.

Losing them has been devastating on a personal level, and it has also required me to completely rebuild and reorganize the order queue from the ground up. This includes backtracking older orders, correcting data, and transferring everything into a new, more reliable system—one that I will now be managing alone.

I want to thank every one of you for your patience, understanding, and kindness as I navigate both the emotional and operational challenges of the past few weeks.
